"“In 2015, I hit my heaviest weight. I knew my life had to change but it was overwhelming to think about how much weight I needed to lose to get back down to my healthy active weight. I was tired, I had no self-worth left, and I was in ‘I will start tomorrow’ mode. What is an Online Boot Camp?

An online boot camp is an all-encompassing program that combines fitness, nutrition, accountability, goal setting, coaching, and community support. 

You begin the program with initial online measurements, weigh-ins, and photos which we will guide you through.

This is a step-by-step program Rachel has created for you. Once you register, you will be able to login to your online dashboard and follow along.

Over 16 weeks, you will have access to weekly workouts, online tools, and live motivation sessions. Your coaches will be with you every step of the way. 

Weight loss is about accountability. Too often people "fall off a program" but we have you covered with ...

  • Live workouts Mondays & Thursdays at 915am and 545pm. Each week your workouts will progress, so you continue to see results. Workouts are recorded and posted on your dashboard if you miss the live sessions. Plus with a morning and evening option, you can join in with more chances to do it live!


  • Pre-Recorded Mini-Blitz Workouts that you can do anytime! We know there are many components of a fitness program such as mobility, flexibility, core training, and more. But it is hard to fit it all in so 


  • Nutrition Mondays - Every Monday at 815 pm we go LIVE for 30 minutes and teach you how to implement healthy eating options and intuitive eating principles. 


  • Weigh-in Wednesday - Every Wednesday each participant is asked to weigh-in and send a photo of their number to their assigned coach via email. This helps you stay accountable to your goal with your coach.


  • Daily Accountability with your online dashboard. You will be able to log in each day for motivation, inspiration, education, videos, and more!

Rachel Seay

Rachel Seay is the Founder of Inner Fit Studios and the creator of the highly successful 16 Week Weight Loss Boot Camp Program. Rachel's background includes being a Certified Fitness Professional with the BCRPA since 1999, an educator of Indoor Cycling Instructors, a Kinesiologist, and Group Fitness Leader. She has dedicated her life to helping others succeed on their weight loss journey. Personally, she has lost over 100 lbs herself so as a course leader and coach, she brings not only her education in the world of exercise science and holistic nutrition but also personal experience from her own battle with weight.

Breanna Graham

BCRPA Certified Group Fitness Leader, Indoor Cycling Instructor since 2017. Breanna, now a coach at Inner Fit, started her weight loss journey first as a member. It was after a trip to New York City that Breanna experienced a heavy dose of pain. Instead of going through photos of the trip and reminiscing about the good times, all she could feel was sadness and embarrassment because she was at her all-time heaviest and the pictures were a reminder of what needed to change. Shortly after her trip, she saw an ad for the Inner Fit 16 Week Weight Loss Boot Camp and knew this was exactly what she needed. She lost 40 lbs and soon after became a BCRPA Certified Group Fitness Leader to help others experience what she had experienced by making a change in her life and taking a leap of faith with Inner Fit Studios.
